Regarding the savings we have realized due to the upgrade we have done in our cash office using your software in the deposit preparation process:

(i) Daily deposit preparation (by one cash office staff) is now completed by 1:00 pm. Prior to installing your software, the deposit was completed by 3:00 pm daily (by one cash office staff).

Savings : 2hrs x 7 days per week = (728 Hours annually x $16.00/hr) = $11,648.00

(ii) Bank Fees: monthly savings of $450.00 x 12 months = $5,400.00

Our total annual realized savings = $17,048.00.
